The Role

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently? This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly formed and innovative HR function based at the heart of the Trust, who are eager to strive succeed .This role will play a vital role in process improvement and taking ownership of the onboarding process for all new starters and ensuring it is smooth and efficient.

 

This role will be responsible for;

·      Managing DBS pre-employment checks

·      Coordinating pre-employment training

·      Shaping and designing the onboarding and induction processes and ensuring that all candidates have a first class candidate journey

·      Managing and co-ordinating responses to HR enquiries

·      Learning and Development and system training

·      Screening and shortlisting CVs

·      Reporting and Analysis

Skills required/already attained:

  • General administration experience essential
  • Highly competent in MS Office
  • Some knowledge and experience in HR administration would be an advantage
