We want our Head of People and Culture to transform our recruitment processes to attract the very best people to join our Trust and to support our existing #EMATters to develop their careers.
We are looking for someone with exceptional people and leadership skills who can create a new HR transformation plan for our Trust and implement a training and talent development plan, creating and developing the workforce we need to support our future growth plans.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who can establish a five-year plan to improve our HR function and work with our HR team to embed our #EMATters culture across our family of schools.

Qualification requirements
Degree or equivalent level of qualification - essential
CIPD qualified or equivalent - essential
Hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in Maths and English - essential
Additional HR/OD technical qualifications e.g. psychometrics, advanced employment law - desired
