Do you excel in working with people and getting the very best from them? We are recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team and support our work to recruit attract the very best people to join our Trust and support our existing #EMATters to develop their careers.
As a growing Trust, it is vital that we can recruit exceptional teachers and support staff to support our pupils to be the very best they can be and develop the talent of our existing workforce.
This is an exciting time to join the team as we establish a new five-year HR development plan to shape and enhance our recruitment processes under our new Head of People and Culture.
The successful candidate will also need to help us to embed our #EMATters culture of inclusion, innovation and impact across our family of schools.
